Translated by Rajaram Brammarajan

BE TENDER IN YOUR MIND COMRADE FREUD!

I dreamt of a long gun.
Certainly it is not a sexual dream Mister Freud!
Also the dreams relating to
the cruel tunnels in the mountain ranges
Scooped out
by giant machines.
You might associate them with my reproductive organ -
Please wipe your glasses doctor Freud!
Among the parts of my body
The most problematic of all is
my stomach.
The government has offered us enormous dreams
But not a piece of it can be salted and eaten.
I tell you submissively
You cannot comprehend this researcher Freud!
We dream even with our stomachs.
I am an ordinary woman
I have my children.
I need a small favour from you
dear friend Freud!
For the sake of a simple justice,
Without the law being able to hear it,
I have ‘used’ five bullets.
If you have the will,
You can turn it into a dream
Without any traces.

FREUD - III

One swallowed a sword
And took out a flower.
While another
Swallowed a flower and took out sword.
“Well done” said Freud.
Later
He faced the audience and said:
“Don’t anybody try this -
Especially the first one!”
His eyes glistened with kindness.
There was secrecy in his tone.
People cleared their throats
As if they didn’t comprehend anything.
